I usually don't comment --but I like this idea so much, i just felt I had to and now i see someone else did, too. I see Holocaust when I see this word. Did you market test the name? You need to before you get any further with this.

Some early and immediate feedback - one person could only see Holocaust, and someone else can only think of lemon zest. That's a bit sad on the first, but I'll take the second. Can't win everyone!
